After failing to make the Boston Major through the European qualifiers, Natus Vincere has announced it will be dropping the majority of its Dota 2 roster. Dmitry "Ditya Ra" Minenkov, Akbar "SoNNeikO" Butaev and Ivan "ArtStyle" Antonov will all be leaving the team.

The two remaining members, Danil "Dendi" Ishutin and Victor "GeneRaL" Nigrini, are described as "the basis for [Na'Vi's] new team." Ishutin, who has been with the Na'Vi roster since 2010, has been the longstanding cornerstone of the org. Nigrini, who joined the team in Feb. 2016, is a fresh face in comparison, but has been a reliable offlaner for the lineup.

Since the team won't be attending the Boston Major, the recent rules requiring a locked roster will not apply to Natus Vincere, and the team is free to scout and recruit between now and April 2017.
